   2021-04-28 - 2021-10-29

   Survey

   The survey phase marks the launch of the citizen participation concerning the "Schockweiler" farm. During this phase, citizens will have the opportunity to participate in:

   • in the info session on may 11th 2021
   • in the survey
   • in the focus groups

   
   

   Survey

   Take part in the survey about your needs in the municipality of Kehlen and in particular in Nospelt. You can leave your answers till June 11th 2021 by completing the survey on the platform, by simply creating an account or in paper form, which you can request from the Municipal Public Relations Department by email: participation@kehlen.lu or by telephone 30 91 91- 409 and returning it to the municipality.

   In June and July, focus groups will be held in order to deepen the first main lines of the survey. The survey and focus groups will then be analysed. The results will be presented at a public meeting and published on the platform. Once the survey phase has been completed, citizens will be invited to participate in the next phase, namely the co-creation of ideas and projects for the "Schockweiler" farm.

   2021-10-29 - 2022-01-09

   Co-creation

   The co-creation phase marks the collection and development of citizens' ideas for a new use of the "Schockweiler" farm. During this phase, citizens will have the opportunity to participate in interactive, hands-on workshops in which:

   • ideas will be generated around the needs identified through the survey;
   • prototypes will be developed into concrete projects.

   Workshop 1 : develop ideas

   • 06.11.2021 from 9:30 - 12:30 at the Cultural center in Nospelt (register till the 1.11.2021 via participation@kehlen.lu or 30 91 91-409)
   • or 13.11.2021 from 9:30 - 12:30 at the Cultural center in Nospelt (register till the 8.11.2021 via participation@kehlen.lu or 30 91 91-409)

   
   

   Workshop 2 : combining and finalising ideas

   • 27.11.2021 from 9:30 - 12:30 at the Cultural center in Nospelt (register till the 22.11.2021 via participation@kehlen.lu or 30 91 91-409)

   
   

   Participate individually or in groups in the co-creation of new projects for the use of the "Schockweiler" farm based on the criteria of the municipality and taking into account the shared space, the cultural centre and the "Péikes" house. In December, the final projects will be presented to the citizens of the municipality. Once the co-creation phase is over, citizens will be invited to participate in the next phase, i.e. the preference vote for their favourite project(s).

   2022-01-24 - 2022-03-31

   Co-decision

   The voting phase marks the co-decision of the citizens for their favourite project(s) for the "Schockweiler" farm. During this phase, citizens will have the opportunity to participate in:

   • the presentation of the final projects;
   • the vote for their favourite project(s).

   
   

   Voting beginning 2022

   Participate in the co-decision of the final projects for the use of the "Schockweiler" farm by voting for your favourite project(s). This vote will be taken into account by the municipal council when making the final decision on which project(s) will be selected. At the end of the year, the winning project(s) will be presented. Then the municipal council will make the final decision, which will be communicated via the platform and the communication channels of the municipality. Once the voting phase is over, citizens can follow the implementation on the platform.

   2022-01-03 - 2022-12-31

   Implementation

   The follow-up phase marks the start of the implementation of the project(s) voted by the municipal council. During this phase, citizens will have the opportunity to participate in:

   • monitoring the implementation. 

   
   

   With the help of the platform, the visibility and transparency of the implementation of the project(s) for the "Schockweiler" farm will be guaranteed. In this way, citizens can inform themselves about the progress and follow the implementation step by step.
